1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Marcos DittmarAm Dachshübel 32

Germany
Email: marcos.dittmar@lmd-consulting.de
Phone: +49 176/7174-1809
2. Overview
This website consists of static pages and a contact form. It does not use any analytics or tracking tools, does not embed content from third parties and loads its fonts from its own server. Personal data is processed only to the extent technically necessary to provide the website and when you contact me.
3. Hosting and server log data
This website is hosted by:
STRATO GmbHOtto-Ostrowski-Straße 7
10249 Berlin
Germany
STRATO also provides the mailbox that receives messages sent to marcos.dittmar@lmd-consulting.de. STRATO processes personal data in connection with providing these services.
For a page to be delivered, your browser has to send a request to the server; this necessarily transmits your IP address. In addition, the hosting infrastructure may process technically necessary information about the requests (server log data) in order to deliver the website and operate it securely. I do not analyse this data for analytics or marketing purposes.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is to provide the website technically and to operate it securely; the processing is limited to what is necessary for this purpose.
4. Contact by email or phone
If you email or call me, I process the information you provide – such as your name, your contact details and the content of your enquiry – in order to handle your request and reply to you. Emails are received in my mailbox hosted by STRATO.
If your enquiry concerns the initiation or performance of a working relationship, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is to answer enquiries addressed to me.
5. Contact form
The contact form transmits the following information:
- Name
- Email address
- Company (optional)
- Message
- the language of the page from which you send the form
When you submit the form, this information is transferred to this website’s server at STRATO. A script on that server checks it and sends it by email to my mailbox marcos.dittmar@lmd-consulting.de, which is also hosted by STRATO. Your email address is used as the reply-to address of that email so that I can reply to you directly. The script does not store your information in a database or in files, and does not log form content.
The form also contains a field that is not visible to visitors and helps to detect automated submissions. No additional data is collected for this purpose; the form does not set any cookies.
I use the information to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is the same as for contact by email (section 4).
6. Storage period
Enquiries and the related personal data are deleted when they are no longer needed to handle the enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply. The contact form itself does not store any data (section 5).
7. Cookies, analytics and tracking
The pages and the contact form of this website do not set any cookies. No tools for audience measurement, analytics or advertising are used, and no user profiles are created.
8. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are loaded from this website’s server. No connection is made to third-party servers for this.
9. Links to other websites
This website contains links to my profiles on LinkedIn and XING. These are plain links: no content from LinkedIn or XING is loaded when you visit this website. Only when you click such a link do you go to the respective provider’s website; your browser may transmit the address of this website in the process. The respective provider is responsible for the processing on the linked websites.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have in particular the following rights:
- access to the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- objection, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
To exercise these rights, a message to marcos.dittmar@lmd-consulting.de is sufficient.
11. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR – in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
The supervisory authority responsible for me is the Unabhängiges Datenschutzzentrum Saarland.
